1. Chinese Cuisine Is All About Firepower! Rei frying cakes in a wok. It’s one of Himeko’s delusions, but she’s not wearing panties...
2. Double L-shaped Tickers Continuing from Episode 5 and 11, there are L-shaped news tickers. Actually, Episode 11 was aired on the same day as the general election day, and had staff members wondering “whether L-shaped election result tickers would overlap with episode’s tickers”. It didn’t happen, which is why it’s duplicated here.
3. Reception Desk of a Haunted House That’s Scarier Than The Inside Steadily approaching Yankee’s powerful Dot Com left Becky and Himeko screaming for help. The expressions became similar to Kazuo Ume**’s style. TL note: See Development Study below. Screenshot from the TV release, subtitled by Oyasumi.
4. Animal Mahjong Mesousa, who got hakoten (where the player loses every scoring stick from their stick box), has boxes on top of her head, which is an expression found from Ma**yuki Katayama’s mahjong manga.
5. Media Playing With Animals It’s miserable how Behoimi sees visions of who she could have been... Is the cat in the background Archimedes from Sui**?
| 6. Space, The Final Frontier Of course, this is a famous line from that one sci-fi drama series. “Star Date 20051023” is the date when Episode 17 was broadcasted, according the Earth Date.
7. Alien’s Zula, got that?! The one who undresses the Captain costume is revealed to be Zuula. Of course, the trick here was that the person inside (the voice actor) is the same person as the costume’s character.
8. Film Club’s Internal Fightings Cyborg soldier -looking Film Club members are in the middle of battle. “8-millimeter group”, “video group”, “single-8 group”, “super-8 group”, “24 fps progressive scanning group” and such, can’t be explained in full detail here, so every person who wants to know more, please look them up. Betamax group is watching from Heaven.
9. I fear all we have done is to awaken a sleeping giant... Since it’s only about Film Club, only movie references occur here. The image above has Admiral Isoroku Yamamoto from Tora **ra Tora!. Other references include Doku***** Gurentai, Battles ****out Honor and Humanity, Hatamoto Tai***** Otoko and such.
10. It’s better not to do anything This too is a movie reference. It’s from the movie where Japan sinks. Should “hidebu” and fallen Otome also be neglected?
| 11. Ichijou Festival ”Ichijou Festival” has been shrouded in mystery from the very beginning. After eating Shu, mushrooms start growing around it. So he decomposed? After that, Ichijou was supposed to have collected Ichijou Festival away, but it went as far as eating Mesousa. And the terror continues in the following episodes... TL note: Screenshot from the TV release, similar to the image in Hekiru Hikawa Check.
12. Shock Hearing all the money got from school festival sales is going to charity, mob characters form human letters expressing disappointment. CG characters are awesome (?), well-organised and all.
13. "Yeah, I had a blast!" Students are resenting Becky, who forgot to tell that money from sales will be collected. However, everyone forgives her after seeing her carrying Old Geezer’s yakisoba, Science Club’s “autopsy in a pot” and a chocolate-banana, with the broadest smile on her face. It’s the Director’s favourite “If Becky is happy, all is well!” scene.
14. Ichijou Ondo Ending has Ichijou dancing while wearing a yukata. Lastly, similar to a public broadcast singing contest, the show ends with the voice of a bell. |

Beloved by Railway Enthusiasts Designs on the recently opened food stalls have been renewed. Outside Old Geezer’s yakisoba stand, for some reason there are many stalls that look like train cars from the front. All of these are based on real railcars, so any train enthusiast will surely recognize them.
Class C’s Locker On the left side there’s a fukusuke and Giant Salamander. Going to right, there’s a star, a turtle shell, a mushroom, and a lot of them look like from Hyper **rio Brothers.
A Plain Japanese Rice Fish Inside the basin where Himeko goldfish and others are swimming, one single nondescript and bland Japanese rice fish has been added there. This originally appeared in the manga, as a Kurumi Japanese rice fish. Still, it’s really plain...
You Wanna Eat? While Rei’s talking about cotton candy and popcorn, Giant Salamander is seen hold both of these in his hands. His head looks like a takoyaki too.
Gathering of Maids There are the figures of Yuka Kitajima and Chika Satō in He Is My **ster-like clothing. Furthermore, characters who resemble the ones who appear in And Yet the Town *oves appear here too. Both are manga where girls appear dressed up as maids.
Sandwich Maid In the TV version Kurumi is standing alone in a corner, but now she has been improved. Awesome, regardless how she’s being treated, she’s really standing out now!
Bustling Food Stalls People related to a genius who descended into darkness, a celebrity whose trademark are sunglasses, the Buddhist monk from Uru* Yatsura and others, the staff and customers of the stalls, who each have a source of their own, seem to be coming from all over the places. On the stall at the dead center of the screen, they’re selling extremely poetic dishes, which appeared in the movie *** *** of Cookery.
Our journey starts, on this long, long steep slope Among the waitresses of Class C, there’s this trio dressed in colourful costumes. But looking at their hairstyles, don’t they resemble girls who appeared in the game CL*NNAD?
There are breast-baring moments too! (3rd time) A telop has been added to top left. If you look it really closer, you can see it reads “breast-baring” (ポロリもあるよ!). We don’t know just whose breasts are based for this line, but we’d love to go and see them!
Posters Also Added Corridor has now livelier atmosphere from before. On the poster at lower right there are the letters for “PT” alongside with a picture of a pig, which all are a reference related to Sergeant Har*man, but the meaning of these words is too complicated to be written here.
At the Juice Stand While Lord Cat is doing business in open air, Serizawa looking like an UF* Robot and Ichijou in the shape of a GER**LK come and go. There are also various stuff hanging under the parasol.
Among the Customers Behind Becky and Himeko are the figures of characters from **** Kara Mamoru! and He Is My **ster. Since it’s a school festival, lots of different people have come. In the scenes before and after this one, the corridor is bustling with visitors from Mister ***kko, High School! Ki***gumi, the 3rd part of Certain Bizarre Adventures and many other different works.
Even More Ume**-Like The TV version looked similar enough, but the cut of Becky’s and Himeko’s scream has been redrawn. This attention to detail is what holds “Pani Poni Dash!” in check.
Lots of Ghosts To the insides of the Haunted House, the eye ball creature Rei brought to Japan and the figure of a famous alien have been added. On the other hand, Suzune’s thighs are now exposed, boosting up her sexiness.
Attention On Ichijou’s Little Sister Fall Club, which handles anything that falls, has newly installed a basin in the ceiling, which can be dropped from a string that’s on the right edge. Somehow stealthily, there’s a person who’s trying to pull it.
Lost Snake Even in front of the Film Club, there have been some additions and changes, like with posters. Kiriusa goods seems to be sold out, but are there people who really wanted it? There’s also a poster reading “Lost: Hebiko” stuck on the wall, probably Nanjo’s doing? The lost snake however, is right below the poster.
New Trespasser The circling battle of film format continues inside Film Club, but in addition to the cyborg warriors who have been there since the TV series, characters from FL*L are suddenly trespassing the scene.
Itou-san From Other Schools At the corridor scene in front of Class C, nearly all the mob characters have changed into Itou-sans. Moreover, the uniforms they each wear have been carefully made different.
2,940,545,060 Yen Characters have been changed into to a chibi’d game style. Furthermore, the screen displays the sales revenue.
Concluding the School Festival Sitting in their seats in Class C, people like another character from the manga that was referenced before, a high school girl, who loves to do criminal investigation with science, from a certain court game, and a wandering hero have been mixed all together.
Concluding the School Festival 2 And looking from another perspective, people from Magic ****’s Club, Kyūkyoku Chōjin *, Rai*bowman and such can be seen here.

Coordinator's Eye with Kyouko Kametani
”I wanted to try how she looks like while wearing a down vest”. The entire outfit is in light colours, giving out a refreshing atmosphere. Her pink skirt is also cute.
|
Coordinator's Eye with Kyouko Kametani
”Theme is that simple is best”. The height of the costume is slightly longer in the back than in front, which is one example of the design being carefully thought out down to the smallest details.
|
Coordinator's Eye with Kyouko Kametani
”The theme was ”maid”, so the highlight is the ribbon that was made to look like cat ears”. The expanded skirt makes her very pretty.
